An integral part of any concluded purchase contract or contract for work, confirmed order or confirmed offer or execution of work concluded with STEELCOM CZ a. s. are the General Terms and Conditions of STEELCOM CZ a.s., unless otherwise agreed in writing. It is excluded from the application of §1751 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, and therefore other terms and conditions than the General Terms and Conditions of STEELCOM CZ a.s. do not apply. STEELCOM CZ a.s. excludes the acceptance of an order or contract with an addition or deviation.
